I can’t pay my bill due to isolating what can I do to be reinstated until I get back to work?

I have currently been isolating for 15 days now due to having covid and now my son has it too, I have had my account suspended and I can't afford to pay all of my bill right now. Is there anything I can do like pay weekly to pay this bill just now to be reinstated please

You are free to pay what you can and when you can but Sky will not restore your services until you have paid all bar £25 of what is owed and then you would need to set up a direct debit or continuous card payment on your account.
