How to roll over data, when you have no data to get onto the internet to do it?

I'm sure there is an easy answer to this, but I unexpectedly ran out of data and was not able to log into my sky account to roll more over, as I had no internet connection.  I was nowhere near a wifi point either and had no one with me to tether to.

You could also phone Sky if you had a phone signal, the number to use via your Sky Mobile is just 150.

Thanks for the reply, but no, I couldn't access anything without an internet connection.  With my previous provider I was able to send a text message to add more data, was just wondering if this was possible with sky too.

How are you posting to a forum?  You must have a broadband connection to be able to post here?  If so can you not go to your sky account  page as per the link I posted?

I am posting now because I have data and internet connection.  My post was past tense, just want to avoid it happening again 🙂

I see, no in the case you run out of data you'd need to have wifi connection to get to your account/app to transfer data.

@GD1 You should still be able to access the MySky app or sky.com/piggybank and roll data even when you have no data - these are free to access sites with a Sky SIM
