I recently pre ordered frozen 2 but then realised that there was a double film option. How do I cancel the first order so I can order the 2 films together? Tua

Hi @Deenah looking at pre orders it says go to the sky store website but says it can be cancelled up to 24 hours before release so you may have missed that now as it's released tomorrow.

Did you order it via your Sky box, if so does it show up in the scheduled folder and if it does are you able to delete it. If you can't do this try contacting the Sky Store to see if they can cancel it for you:
