Had technician check my sky plus HD box says it is broken can I order a new one ??

There are no new Sky + boxes as it is all Q. Sky may be able to supply you with a refurbished box if you ask them,or there are plenty about to buy on various sites from Ebay to Gumtree.

Sky+ boxes are no longer manufactured, you can arrange for sky to come out an replace with a refurbished box or you could find a replacement secondhand
