How do I obtain a remote with voice control ?

I have a Sky Q box, but the remote does not have the voice  control function. 

How can I get a remote that has voice control ?

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Is it an old mini remote control,  as most remotes have had voice control for quite some time?

Does the remote have a voice button either on the side or front and just not work - to use voice control it must be paired in bluetooth mode (& only one remote can be paired with a box)

@frob1sherWe can't tell from your photo, both types look the same from the front, the later one has a blue microphone button on the front but the older ones have a button on the side top right.

hi @frob1sher It does indeed look like an older non voice remote

I have to admit I bought a voice control one for my mini after only a short while as I found voice control useful (as well as being bluetooth rather than IR)    - That was now 3+ years ago

BTW Images have to be approved before they show and can a little while once approved to show also I think
