How can I get the blue light card discount on an existing account?

If it is possible to add it to your current package then I should imagine your Blue Light Portal here will contain the information on what to do:

https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/login.php

You could always call Sky to see what they say about this as it might be it can't be added to an existing package but has to be done when placing an order.

It's no longer available to existing customers but hasn't been changed on the Blue Light website.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 25 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
