Having a problem with ITV

Having a problem watching ITV today. It keeps pixelating and freezing. Checked both sky q boxes and its happening on both. Every other channel is fine and all connections secure. If ITV has a problem then why haven't sky let us know

Probably not a universal issue and a problem with your reception.

Might be worth rebooting the main Q box.

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

Is it ITV or ITV HD or both?

Having the same issue with ITV HD. It's the only channel it's doing it on and on all my mini boxes as well. Only seems to happen about 7pm at night really strange. Thankful for any ideas

Your mini boxes get their TV signal from the main box, so if it affects the main box, it will naturally affect the minis.

It will be something that affects your main box at 7pm. Does someone come home with a big van passing your dish at 7pm each evening..?

Hi thanks for the response. Nothing I am aware of and it's only just started. My dish is to the rear of my property and no road there. Really weird and onnoying to be honest

ITV, ITV3 and ITV4+1 etc.    - I have found a few ITV channels on channel code         10.906 - V - 5/6 - 22

Did you find out what the problem was, I've been having problems with ITV for months often saying no service as problem with satalite signal?

hi @SDBro in which case I suggest you call SKY to check your dish alignement
