Have a reminder function for programmes

Good Morning All   Hope you are All Keeping Well  

I have had Sky now for over 20 years & currently have the SkyQ  2Tb  Box  + one Mini Box which are excellent 

I have posted about the missing  reminder button many times I have contacted Sky on many occasions and

they have made it very clear they have no  intention of adding that option to the SkyQ system 1Tb or 2Tb boxes

being that Sky is now a  massive corporation owned by Comcast  they will not be bothered by some customers

who are unhappy that a  minor function as they see is missing from their ' Flagship Boxes'.

Sky always state that they welcome feedback from customers but in reality like All large corporations they

listen but don't hear & only implement changes that they want to happen

I got sky Q yesterday and really disappointed that there is no reminder function - we used to use it loads on sky + ☹️

can you bring back the reminder function. So that you could choose programmes to watch in order from different channels and they would automatically play. Thud means you do not miss a programme or forget to switch channels.

Unfortunately we are all in a lost cause here. However keep posting, sheer volume of requests may lead to sky doing something one day (if they even bother looking at anything on the forum)

So disappointed was so excited about our sky q installation and then realised there was no reminder function had to google to find out it no longer exists devastated ☹️

It's a very useful function. Was it really so difficult to leave it on for those who use it? Maybe you can add it to the green button like before or within the new record function. Record series - record once - remind series - remind then off. Hopefully that annoys those who voted for the removal of it!

I used reminder function frequently, more than a  little annoying to find out Sky Q does not have this feature after our instillation on Thursday. 

Really need it on sky Q!

Really think this a big set back not having a simple but useful reminder button, I don't think everything has to be removed because it dated

I just got an email stating I had a response, lol get on here NO RESPONSE!

Sky how many people have to ask you to reinstate the reminder function, before you will actually take this seriously. We are your customers and I was always taught when dealing with customers that the customer is ALWAYS right.

Ignoring the problem will not make it go away. Surely as so many are saying the same thing, you should act accordingly. Oh and by the way it is not about this 'Never miss' thing that non of us have heard of, it is simply the reminder feature that was available on our old sky boxes.
