Have you tried what has already been posted above and changed the DNS setting on your box. If you have and it hasn't helped then like the many other people who have this error you will just have to wait until Sky fix it.

The Harry Potter movies have not expired on December 30, 2021 as they were originally going to. The Harry Potter movies have been extended and will be available until February 27, 2023.
