Green screen but sound is ok.

I've turned on my sky q box and I can hear sound from the channel, but the screen is just a dark green colour. Checking the hdmi connections and power off the sky q with no difference. Any ideas?

hi @Fent0n 

 

Although it probably won't make a difference, perhaps try a full power down (i.e. remove plug or switch off at mains) restart of your TV
