Getting in touch

I am trying to get in touch with sky via e mail means. All attempts so far have been, talk to a virtual assistant which hasn't got a clue what I'm talking about ( nor did I expect it to) , talk to the Sky community , where I am hoping someone can assist or ring this no which might take some time. In ringing the number I know that the6 won't be able to answer my query ..it needs to go up the chain. Does anyone have a contact email that they respond to please?

@Staffiedog  Your post has been moved from the email forum as it is not an email contact point for Sky but for Sky/Yahoo email issues.

Sky don't use email as a contact point, no one will call you in response to a forum post either,  so you will need to call or you can explain what the issue is in the forum and we can point you in the right direction.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Staffiedog

Sky don't use email as a general means of communication. If you say what your issue is someone may be able to help you.

Sky don't offer email as a means of getting in touch, except for very specific purposes. Your best option is to call. If necessary the call centre adviser will escalate within Sky.

Or can we help, if you tell us why you need to contact Sky?
