Frustration with ITV Hub
ITV Hub app is simply just a black screen for the last few days. I have done the refresh apps and all of the other apps are working just fine. I have subscribed to ITV+ to avoid adverts at an additional cost so the fact that I can't even watch it at all is very galling. Why are we having to turn on and off at the mains several times a day as a temporary fix? It simply isn't good enough is it?

Re: Frustration with ITV Hub
@mazda147 totally agree with you Sky have told us they are aware of the issue and are trying to get ITV to fix it.

Re: Frustration with ITV Hub
I am having the same issue. Felt like throwing the whole thing off the wall and out into the street yesterday.
Missing content on Channel 5 so thought I would watch something else in the meantime so decided on a boxset on ITV Hub. After reading all about the issues when fast forwarding I didn't attempt to touch the remote yet it kept crashing to a black screen. It spent more time off at the wall than on.
At this point I'm wondering what even is the point? I barely watch live TV so it's no different to having a Firestick plugged in- accept that has less bugs 😞

Totally agree with you. I have Apple TV 4K plugged into my Glass. It already works better than Glass, the only issue is the lack of Sky Sports. If there was a Sky GO app I could use on my Apple TV it would be the go to device over a very buggy Sky Glass.

It's coming...
"Sky customers in the UK will also be able to access Sky Go on Apple TV devices in mid-2022."
