Freezing Sky+ box

Twice in as mant weeks, when using the TV guide, my Sky+ has frozen ie none of the buttons work and I have to turn the box off at the mains and reboot, which is not really ideal.

Sounds like a hard disk issue. Try a Planner Rebuild, as detailed in step 2 here: https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/recording-on-sky-plus/sky-plus-recordings-other-problem
