Hi all,
I have added this series to my playlist last week (shows as added) but it is nowehere to be seen - there's no shows in my actual playlist and its not in the C4 Glass app either. It was on last night. Is this a glitch ? or dont C4 have the rights to stream F1 highlights ?. Cheers.

@rscott Red Bee's disaster recovery plans and DR data location resilience certainly seem to have been somewhat mediocre.
The missing content has been impacted by the Red Bee fire.
The All4 F1 highlights (Mexico GP) are not expected to be delivered.
If you have questions about missing or, incorrect content our Viewer Relations team can point you in the right direction. They can be contacted at viewerR@sky.uk

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBoth Quali and Race highlights are available in the normal All4 app, so must be a fault with the Glass TV app.
Maybe this is Sky's business model, to force F1 fans to subscribe to Sky Sports by excluding C4's coverage of F1 from the Sky Glass platform.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Suskha I can see and play them on the All4 app on my phone, yet I can see they're not there in the All4 app on Glass.
There is a fundamental issue with the All4 on Glass, or content rights issues (who knows which?), and it needs fixing urgently.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue this morning. Having lost my legacy F1 subscription on Sky Q when switching to Glass, I added the F1 highlights on channel4 from late last night to my playlist. Just sat down to watch them this morning and there's nothing there. Tried searching the ALL4 app but no F1 on there either! Just sooo frustrating!!

I suspect that this is the case as when I looked in my playlist for the C4 highlights, a tile has appeared in there for SKY's F1 coverage which obviously requires a subscription to the full Sky sports package which I don't want to subscribe to as the only sport I watch is F1!

Me too !
also Escape to the chateau next episode missing.
very disappointing as I thought with the super dooper sky glass it would be superior to sky q.
thry really need to sort this out

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave flagged up the F1 highlights and Escape to the Chateau series 8 episode 3 (from yesterday) to Sky for them to investigate.
I'm guessing the Red Bee Media incident has disrupted a lot of the data feeds from C4 (and others) to Sky, which won't help with content matching.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThanks, @rscott , but if, as has been mentioned here, it's the sam app and data location they're pulling from, why the discrepancy between the mobile app and the Glass app? Is there some background cataloging/caching that is broken, and where is the monitoring/reporting for that?

There are also issues with Married at first sight Australia.
we are only seeing upto episode 20 in the glass app, no other episodes are available even if they are tagged. Had glass two weeks and already the wife wants to revert back to sky Q. At least all recordings are available.

Total guess, but there must be some identifier in the EPG data C4 send which should link the programme to the on demand item (other than the title and series/episode number) and that's not matching.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rscott As I've said before, Sky now have a very big reliance on this data being correct when being sent it by 3rd party broadcasters, which, as is happening in this case, making Sky look bad rather than the real culprits.
There will be SLA's regarding this information, but for All4 in particular this has been broken longert than should really be acceptable.
Sky need to rein this in and nip it in the bud, beofre it damages their reputation for something that fundamentally outside of their control. It's not a good place for them to be in.

Agreed. I'd expect Sky are already prodding C4 about this as they seem to be one of the most mentioned providers.
The timing of the Red Bee incident was really unfortunate too, coming not long before the launch. That's caused C4 major headaches and pressure from Ofcom too.
