Does any one know why even a full week after release only the first 2 episodes are in HDR customers from Disney+/Netflix/Amazon prime don't have to put up with this kind of substandard service so why do sky continually keep treating customers this way it's even more infuriating that it's a sky original

I did notice that episode 2 was added today as HDR so possibly this is done on a week by week basis?

That's exactly my point no other companies would act this way they would all be available from the off not a few days later or in this case weeks later

HDR is an afterthought to Sky. It's not a chargeable extra so they don't care about it.
Even the HDR rail on Sky Cinema has movies on it with no HDR. Hopeless.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this isn't right. I've watched the first 2 episodes in UHD HDR but can only access the other 2 in UHD only, so prefer to wait for the best picture quality. Do we have any update on when/if they will be available in UHD HDR?

Episode 3 now available in HDR.
So looks like its being made available in HDR on the day the episode is broadcast as it was the same last week as well.

I can still only see episodes 1 and 2, no matter how much we search only 2 come up
am I missing something ( besides the last 2 episodes )

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@laceypatrick what system do you have? I have seen reports those two. episodes are missing from Sky Glass but are on Sky Go for example. Drop viewer relations an email as they sort these things out.

On Sky Q, only epsiode 1 is in UHD/HDR. The other three still show as UHD.
