Faulty box

Every time a lorry or bus goes past our property the sky goes off, which is very regular, I only had my equipment fitted on 22/03

Is the dish fitted so low that when a high sided vehicle passes it blocks the line of sight of the dish. If so then there is a case for arguing it should be moved at no charge.
