Faulty SkyQ box

Hi my skyQ box every morning says no signal flashes red then green I press a couple times what I assume is the refresh button at the front of the box and it sorts it until the day after and also it keeps completely wiping the box of all recordings and scheduled recordings 

 

Has this happened to anybody else

@hurstmIt certainly should not wipe recordings etc I wonder if the hard disk is on its way out, I would talk to Sky so they can help and perhaps send an engineer out or change your box.

If you want to use the box VERY early in the morning check the eco settings and change to none/active.

The eco settings however should not affect  the recordings etc.

Get on the phone and get them to send out new box.
