Re: Epgservices sky never miss

That's exactly it! At the minute my sky account is on hold and I rely on the emails as I'm not actively using it as we are in between houses! If I had known I would have made a copy of what I have on the list! How ridiculous to get rid of it without informing anyone! Anyone from Sky Customer Services know where we can get our list from?

Realised it was missing when How to Get Away with Murder final season started and I hadn't received a notification. 😤

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Just wanted to say thank you to those who have added new series on the other thread.

As some are too far in the future to add to my planner, I have given Alexa a reminder 6 days before the start date so I can set them up to record.

Thanks again.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I am really really upset.....

I had dozens of films in my nevermiss list that I was waiting to get alerted that they are coming on..

Is there no way I can retreive this list so I could at least save it somewhere??? I cant remember all the films that were on it?

WHY OH WHY didnt Sky email us before closure to say its closing and save our lists elsewhere if needed....

I am really really upset by Sky's decision to close this. How do I contact them to formally complain ?

I think the best way to complain is to email the CEO. Google 'Sky ceo email' to get the address.

Just taken the plunge and emailed the CEO and provided a link to this thread.

Let's see if all the emails get us anywhere.

@Ginamidd  By " other thread ", if you mean the New Never Miss thread, you can find it here: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/What-s-On/Never-Miss/td-p/3335015

@73mckat  I like that idea, good thinking. I actually scroll through the online EPG on a daily basis working a week in advance, so that's where I spot new series. I guess if people don't have Alexa ( other " Alexas " are available ) they can add reminders to their calendar, or on their phone, or even pop a note in the diary of their Filofax. 😋

Yes, I'm now adding reminders into my phone calendar for upcoming series I'm spotting on Geektown.

So, basically, see something on Geektown website, remember to add reminder into phone. Phone reminds me to manually look and add recording on my Sky box.

If only Sky could come up with a more straightforward way 🤔🙄

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Can you tell why you've removed sky never miss webpage?

It was a great reminder so you did not miss your programmes

new series is not a good enough replacement

Sky aren't publicising why it was removed, other than to say it was a 'business decision'.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

What's v annoying I've been sent a substitute help???

On sky Go to Home then TV Guide go up 2 to New Series and apparently what you will see is a selection based upon your viewing criteria.

Never in a million years would I watch or search for Agatha Raisin or Betty. Defo a bloop in the sky cog of progress. NM was such a useful tool
