Edit favourites on sky+app

When I go to edit favourite channels,then add/remove favourites and select channel it states "we couldn't update your favourite channels at the moment.please try again later".I've been trying now for 6weeks. Could anyone help me please

There is a known issue that has been sent to the apps team at Sky to investigate. There is no word yet on when or even if this is going to be fixed as other members have reported this as well.
