Dropped from level 2 to level 0

  I don't know where else to post this, so this will have to do. I had a notification today letting me know I have " ... ranked up to level 0 " ( not sure how I can go UP to 0 ) despite the fact I'm on level 2. Also, my subscriptions & bookmarks have disappeared. Does anyone know why this has happened?
