Why cant i download Motor Pickers on Quest channel?

Hard to say without some detail. Just this programme? Only this channel? Error message?

Hi, I've watched series 2, now trying to watch series 1. Error message is I don't have the required subscription. Seems to sometimes happen on random channels but majority of downloads work fine. Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm guessing you watched series 2 from catchup or from a live broadcast and series 1 is in box sets.

There's a known problem which affects some customers, but, just to check fiirst, which subscription package do you have? Signature, Entertainment etc - it will be on your bill.

Thanks for your help. I pay £42 p/m for Sky Entertainment and Sky Cinema. If I need to now pay extra for box sets that is a rip off!

Series 2 is on Catchup so your subscription would give you access to this. Series 1 is part of Boxsets as it is available until 8th October 2022 so you would need the Sky Signature package on your account before getting access to it.

Entertainment is a legacy package which doesn't include box sets, if I remember correctly.

In all honesty you'd be better off switching to the current base package, which is Signature. That does include access to box sets in standard definition and would probably be cheaper too, albeit you'd be tied to an 18 months minimum term contract.

You've always needed to pay extra for Box Sets, it's nothing new. 

Either by adding the Box Sets Pack to your existing subscription or, as mentioned, switching to Sky Signature, which would probably be cheaper.

To be honest, I'm thinking of leaving Sky and just continuing with Freeview, Netflix and Prime. The content on Sky is just simply not worth the money...
