I have the same problem as above. The Discovery+ app is available on the main Sky Q box but not on the mini.

@JLTyler have you tried rebooting you main box then the mini box ? have you trjed refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

Can’t log into Discovery + and before you say reboot etc etc ... I’m not a technophobe tried everything still won’t work, funnily enough the version on my phone I pay for loaded without a problem !!!!!

@Obardheathain what messages or what is happening when you try to log in on the Sky box

I have the discovery+ app on my main sky q box and i have 3 x mini boxes, only 2 mini boxes have the discovery+ app installed & working fine, the 3rd mini box was new from sky approx 7 days ago & i get the " we are sorry, this app isn't available" message.
I have tried refreshing the apps (this got my second mini box working instantly) and re starting the main / mini box as advised in this post, but no joy, i have reported this to sky & will update this post with the outcome.
I know it's not a big issueas as i have the app on 2 out of 3 mini boxes, i am simply puzzled, why the new mini box doesn't have the app!!

@Lamondi what software version is the mini box on that doesn't have the app ?
you could try refreshing the software to see if that helps

Thanks for the replies,
I had a chat with a nice sky guy called Jim, & can now confirm you were right about the software update, mine was on version 160...... & needed to be on 180....he talked me through it, once that was done i did an app refresh & now the discovery+ app works on all my mini boxes.
