No idea. Sometimes there are operational reasons which delay Sky uploading the UHD versions of some shows.

As S2 was shot during the pandemic (S1 was filmed in 2018-19 for release in spring 2020), there's also the possibility that S2 production was in HD rather than 4K to cope with the COVID limitations on resource availability.

I stand by the point I made above: frankly it's amazing that production went ahead at all.

 I suggest you contact Viewer Relations at ViewerR@sky.uk because Devils season 2 is supposed to be in UHD. I just saw an advertisement for it that shows that it's also available in Ultra HD.

Devils Season 2 is adverised by SKY as being also available in UHD.

I called to complain and was asked what Sky box I had. I said Sky Q. Still waiting for them to fix this.

This happened with Billions and when I complained the problem was resolved the next day.

Did you ever email Viewer Relations? Devils season 2 is still not available in UHD.
