Delivery time

hello, 

 

ive ordered the iPhone 13 pro max, there's no estimated delivery time. I need my phone for work as I'm a delivery driver and use it to scan the parcels, my other phones camera is broken so I've today bought this new one. Does anyone know the estimated delivery time? Because i need it asap and will be looking to cancel if I have to wait forever.

@Lora2003 You may or may not be aware but this is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. No one here will know and can only guess. You need to keep checking your order tracking.

@Lora2003 Then you'll know that all mobile providers are having trouble obtaining sufficient stock to meet demand. This happens every time a new iPhone is launched. Also, Sky won’t even know who you are based on your forum log in name.

Considering  im logged in to my sky account I'm sure they can link it back to me. But cheers for taking time out your day to waste time out of mine.

I'm afraid they can't, due to DPA forum accounts can't be linked to your Sky account even if your have used the same details to log in to the forum.  If your phone is out of stock any Sky staff present won't be able to tell you anything more than your account already does.

 

As happens every year when apple release a new phone demand simply outstrips supply, this is the same with all mobile providers. 

 

So even if you cancel your order with sky and go to another provider then may well put you to the back of their queue and the wait could be even longer.

 

A solution may be to cancel your order and choose a older device that would be in stock?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
