Customer service

Hi,

im trying to get in touch with sky customer service. But they are such a nuisance to try to get in touch. The message at present is saying to contact tomorrow. So is sky customer service not available on Saturdays, if so what time do they open?

• They had problems with the call centre systems recently it may be a reoccurrence of that issue?
• Normally available 7 days a week.

I'm not aware of a particular issue today and yes, they're usually open at the weekend. It might depend on qhat you're contacting them about - for example, I think the cancellation lines open at 9.00am. Is it something the forum can advise on?
