Credit refund

I recently had sky glass installed and now I have a 106.30 credit on my account. How do I receive this credit refund?

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise if you already have a Sky Mobile call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

As with other large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Depending on your particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.

If you have Sky Broadband it will be used as a credit on your future BB bills. If not ring Sky and they can refund in 3-5 banking days.

I don't have Sky Broadband no. 

Is this not an automatic payment and if so how long does this normally take?

Can you give me the number of the best place to call please.

I have tried to call today but the line has rung and then it has cut me off. 

I see no other way of actioning this but waiting (or trying again on Monday when I guess it will be quieter!).

Customer Services are open over the weekend and on Bank Holiday Monday.
