I just got my new fibre broadband which had to be put in a back room due to phone line location. My sky box isn't WIFI enabled therefore can no longer connect to on demand.
Can I get a WIFI connector for my box to get my on demand? Do sky provide this? Also my speed drops from ~70 to ~20 therefore am I entitled to a booster?

With regard to your wifi speed, Sky guarantees a minimum of 3Mbps with the Sky Broadband Boost add-on; https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee
