Combine 2 separate accounts?

I currently have a sky mobile account with several sim packages involved and someone else in the household currently has a sky broadband package which could do with upgrading. I was wondering if it was possible to combine both accounts into one and get one solid package.

If the two accounts are in different name, you can't  combine them, I'm afraid.
