Charged £10 admin fee for no reason

I negotiated a new deal in April and paid an admin fee for that, and just discovered another £10 admin fee has been added to my bill 2 months later for no reason! I can't look away from my broadband monthly bills for a second without random new charges being added to this! Please remove it

In case you aren’t aware, this is a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. You will need to call Sky about this and the reason they've added it.

The reason I am posting here is because I saw an identical post to mine on this site where sky replied and arranged a refund for them. I don't want to be on the phone for hours for something that should take 2 minutes.

You will to call Sky aboutthis and explain to them that you were not informed of these fees and while they will not refund you they might apply a credit to your account which will be used to part pay the next bill.

I don't want to call them and be on hold for hours, waiting for someone from sky to reply.

If you call at quieter times you will not be on hold for to long, so try after 8pm. Nobody will call you due to posting here as on those on the phone can help you with this so if you want it sorted you know what you will need to do.

Sky will not automatically contact you as the result of your post.  Best times to call are apparently just after 7am or about 9pm.

As I've already said the reason I posted here in the first place is because someone else posted the exact same question and had someone from sky reply and arrange credit
