Catch-up not working

Catch-up not working (error message with 'fixondemand' link).  I have followed all the steps recommended, i.e. re-do wifi connection / rebooted router / rebooted Sk+HD box with the required delays but still have the OK/FAIL status.

What does the actual error say ?

It asks me to connect to broadband but it's already connected with an 'OK' in Network settings.  But it has'FAIL' next to Connection to On Demand.  During the reset/reboot I used the wi-fi password to connect it.  The good news is that this time I tried the WPS switch instead and the problem is solved 🙂
