Cash back for my old mobile

Does anyone know how I go about sending my old mobile to Sky to get £150 casback. I took out a new contract with them last month and it said I would be eligible but I can't find any information about where to send it.

Hi I'm just about to do the same with my old contract mobile but with a different company but can't  find out if it is automatically unlocked etc once my new contract phone is up and running! Do you have any info please?

Hi @migmig  all mobiles supplied by sky are unlocked and can be used with any network if that's what you are asking.
