Trying to click into programmes, but does nothing when clicking the circle + arrow. Tried rebooting, app updated on opening for new installation and now plays nothing in live tv, catchup or even downloaded programmes

From within the Sky Go app go to settings and turn on the connection to a Sky Q box (even if you don't have one), then go back as the play button should now work.
