Cannot block emails on sky yahoo mail

I  cannot block emails on skyahoo mail. I followed all the instructions but there is no 'more settings ' showing

I am having the same problem.  The SETTINS icon is blurred, and no longer responds.  I just want to amend my 'signature'.   Help Please.

Try clearing your browsers cache, then close the browser down before loading it up and trying again.
