Cannot access All4 app on my Panasonic smart tv

We have accessed All4 in the past but now for some reason we cannot why?

This isn't a Sky issue unless you are a Sky Broadband customer so is this is what you are saying in that for some reason there is an internet issue stopping the All4 app from working ?
