Can’t record programs

I can't record programs but I can get them on catch up. I keep getting " the box is installing " I've tried all the advice  given but nothing is letting me record, why?

Sounds like a dish issue

 

Try a planner rebuild, Instructions can be found in my FAQ (Q02)

If you get the error message diskless mode then the explanation can be found in my FAQ (Q14) also

Note: This procedure will resolve many non-planner related issues as it does a safe reboot of the Sky box
