Can't access my son's emails

We haven't been able to access my son's emails  and can't remember the sky ID, how do we get back his email

The Sky ID is the start of the email address before the @sky.com.

Can you log in here: Sky - Sign in, you can use the ID or the full email address.

If you are unable to log in there, can you log in here: Sign in to your Sky account.

 

Edit: If you really cant remember the ID/email address, you can recover it here, if you know the alternate recovery email address. Sky - Forgotten your username?
