Need to reset password for wifi as the back of my box is unreadable and we don't know the password. Can't get logged in to change it as we don't know the password

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIts a good idea but I think almost all devices these days dont let you do that anymore? I think the best you can get is a QR code to scan with the SSID & Password baked in

If u use a Samsung (only that I know it works) it can give you a QR code to login to the WiFi if you have any device other wise you can try and login to the router using the standard password
Open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar.
When prompted enter the username: admin and password: sky

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Simont12That will not work for the Sky broadband Hub, as this does use the Wi-Fi password as part of the login on the router also.

That's why I couldn't get on it for the last 4 days🤣
U can get your WiFi password from a laptop if u go into settings and look at the security panel and show passcode that's the only other way for finding it
