How can i verify if the new dvd i got in post is brand new? it has no cellophane and no security label on seal and the case was open in the packaging. I cant give this as a buirthday present as it looks like i bout in a secondhand shop.
Please advise

Re: Buy and keep dvds not new
Hello @stuart72
I can assure you that the DVD and Blu-ray copy of Buy & Keep purchases are all brand new and sourced directly from the studios.
We are working as a business to reduce the amount of single use plastic we use, as part of our Ocean Rescue and Sky Zero initiatives.
You can read more about what were were doing at https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/News/Sky-Store-is-passing-on-plastic/ba-p/3145579
Thanks,

Re: Buy and keep dvds not new
i understand the plastic part but what is wrong with a simple little security sticker on case opening ? the way it came to me it looks like someone has viewed and just threw the case in packaging without closing it and yet you send the case in plastic packaging not paper........
