Broadband price change
Hey,
We have noticed our broadband went from 43 up to 90 something without us agreeing or signing up to an 'upgrade' / new package.
I want to be refunded this difference and cancel it - as going forward it's charging us this.
How can this be done?
Thanks, Sophie

Re: Broadband price change
Sounds more like a period of discounted prices has come to an end
Contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to see if you can renegotiate you prices
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Broadband price change
Hi @Soph92UK
I dont really see how that is possible. Are you sure your TV bill isnt included in that cost too and its gone up due to your offer period ending?
You'll need to call Sky to get specific costings or look at your bill in the my Sky app. Also worth noting you wont be eligible for any sort of refund on services you've already paid for unless Sky have made a billing error.
