Hi, yesterday was broadband activation day, but the internet is not working even now, what does that mean..you are making fun of my money, I waited quite a long time, but nothing, I followed all the instructions, but it still doesn't work either orange or does not light up at all.

When you say disconnected was it connected in the first place or a failed activation?
