Broadband Speed
Well Sky again fed up with my broadband .You say 40 mbps min and i get 41 mbps for over a year now and max has been 44. is this so you dont have to give me my money back keep it above the minimum speed .Get it fixed or im going to cancel.

@bronya+47 Sky won't be able to attempt to fix the issue if you don't report it, customer service or tech support won't see your post as none of them visit here and even if they did they have no idea who you are.
Call Sky if your line is below the minimum guaranteed speed as they have an obligation to invesitgate(that is if it is the line speed to your router thats below the minimum and not just WiFi).

@bronya+47 What exactly is there you are adamant Sky need to fix? They have guaranteed you a speed of 40M/b, and they are delivering above that? If it was below then they are duty bound to do something but you need to report it, not just moan about it and do nothing...
Physics dictate the speed of your service as well. If you have a longer line it was suffer a drop in speed compared to some other customers lines.
If there is an issue with your line switching to another ISP won't make a blind bit of difference as it will use the same physical line and equipment.
