I'm waiting for sky Q to be installed, engineers could do it last time out
i have a sky plus box and every time I want to watch sky I get a message ,no satellite connected' or similar press this to fix (yellow button) this is pressed and nothing happens so I have to turn main plug off,wait and turn back on and wait for it to whir up and after about 10 mins I can watch it
is there a simple fix to this or is it because I should have been on sky Q by now
