Black Screen

My Sky Q is not working. We have a black screen. Its done an update and we have tried turning off and resetting. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Just to set the Q box to standard resolution with the Q box on with green led press 

Home 1 0 8 0 Home on the Q remote
