Bills
I haven't been using sky for 2 months due to it be cut off because ridiculous high charges so why is this still being added onto my account?

Even though your services are restricted due to non payment your bills are still created and still apply. You don't stop needing to pay.
If your account remains in arrears for 56 days Sky may terminate the account but you'll still owe what you owe and will still have to return your loaned equipment or face further charges.

You'll first need to pay what you owe, then you may be able to negotiate,a discount on your future charges.
When your discount period ends, you're charged the list price, as explained in the contract you agreed to unless you do something about it. I imagine that's the reason for the high charges you mention.
