I've just received my sky bill at 94 pound i think is ridiculous I have the basic package and Internet, I thought calls were free the only thing I have done differently is call the hospital as my bf was ill so as a middle age woman on 40 pound a week im left with nothing. What has happened

You're talking to other customers here and not directly to Sky.

If your bill has increased then this could be because your minimum term discounts have ended.

Even if you do have a call package there are some exceptions to 'free' calls - mostly notably where calls last longer than an hour.

What talk package do you have?

Certain calls are free on the anytime pack, calls to landline 01,02,03 and uk mobile 07 and 0800 but anything else is charged.
