Bill

I have received a bill of £82. When I first started the contract it was £20 but was told after that this was for the phone so I changed it to £30 but received a £82 this month. This is to much

If you login to your onluine bill and select the bill itself what does it show the £82 is for ?

It doesn’t say £83 only in the text . On my bill it says £30 for GB and £20 for device

It is difficult to say what is going on for sure without seeing an image of your bill so can you upload a screen grab of it by blank out an persoal details like your name and account number so we can see it ?

Hi @Nerann  you say you have received a bill, is this a message with your normal bill or is it a text message? There were quite a few scam texts not long ago, is it asking you to click on any links ? Don't if it is by the way.
