Made payment of GBP106.99 against  bill dated 16/10/2022 through ICICI UK PLC  Netbanking. Pl adjust against the bill

We're customers here, I'm afraid and can't help with this. And I'm unclear what you're asking Sky to do.

While your post it difficult to understand I think you are saying you made a payment against this bill, if this is the case your online bill will take a few days to update to show this. Also if you pay by a direct debit then you don't need to make the payment yourself.
