Apps not loading after new install

I've just had sky q installed and I'm not seeing any apps load threw to my box , I've tried the refresh apps method and turned box off and on at the plug 

 

Any ideas

If you have refreshed the apps it can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
