I cannot access Duo lingo in my house or others with sky broadband. It works in places with different provider even in hotels. I have had no problem after nearly 3 years using teir app, just suddenly stopped a few weeks ago. I don't want to reinstall in case l lose 3 years progress. All other apps are fine. Please help or suggest how l contact sky or Duolingo, the latter seems unresponsive by email

Although i cannot think of a reason why broadband shield would block it that would be the first port of call
Use my sky app to access broadband and talk settings then broadband shield and initially disable to see if it works then you may have to allow the site in custom settings
