Accessing BT Sport on iPad

Hi

 

I have subscribed to BT Sport through Sky and have the full Sky Sports package, Sky VIP And Sky Go Extra. I'm trying to watch BT Sport on my iPad but I get the message that I need to upgrade my subscription. I've seen confusing advice online as to whether I should be able to get BT channels via Sky Go. Can anyone clarify, please?

Update - Spoken to the customer, they were using the wrong Sky ID. All resolved now. Thanks 🙂

To confirm @CerysMegan30 that you pay Sky to access the BT Sports channels because if so you should be able to view the channels via Sky Go.
